Orlando-C172 pre-purchase inspection

Hi, we are purchasing a 1976 Cessna 172M with 180 horse engine on Baumann Amphib floats. It is at the Orlando Executive Airport, and I need a pre-purchase inspection. Records all look very complete and detailed, and I believe the airplane is in very good condition, but still need another set of eyes to look at it. Any recommendations? I’m located in Wisconsin so it’s not easy for me to bring a mechanic down.

    With the possibility of a lot of corrosion, buying a FL aircraft needs intensive inspection.
